Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
    •    Your order number
    •    Photos of the item

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
